What are the costs and types of delivery?
Our delivery is free for all the Subscription Plans. We deliver anywhere within Singapore main island except for Jurong Island, Army Camps, Changi Airport, Tuas, Fisher Ports, HometeamNS, Dormitories and other restricted areas.
Can I self-collect the device?
Self-collection is not available at the moment.
What happens if I missed my delivery?
If you are not available at the time of your delivery attempt, we will get in touch with you to re-deliver at another time.

Do you provide international shipping?
We do not deliver outside Singapore or to post office boxes at the moment.
